Deposit Amount:
– To reserve a puppy, a deposit of $300 is required. Deposits are non-refundable however they are transferable to another puppy and never expire.
– Only once the deposit has been received will your puppy officially be reserved for you. 
– Please note: We do require a deposit to come into our home for safety reasons. If you want to meet a puppy in person first before purchasing or placing a deposit, we can make arrangements to meet you in a public place.

Reservation Process:
– Contact us to express your interest in reserving a puppy.
– We will inform you about the availability of the desired puppy and provide information regarding the next steps.
– Once your deposit has been received, your chosen puppy will be marked as reserved.

Balance Payment:
– The remaining balance for the puppy is due in full when you pick them up in person.
– If you are having your puppy delivered to you via pet nanny or pet transportation, payment is due 24 hrs before puppy leaves my home with nanny. 
– Please note that we do not offer payment plans or financing options.

Transferability and Hold:
– Your deposit is specific to the chosen puppy however if you decide on another puppy, the deposit is transferable
– In the event that you can no longer proceed with the adoption, the deposit cannot refunded but deposit will never expire and you can use on any future puppy.

Puppy Availability:
– While we make every effort to fulfill your reservation, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific puppies until the deposit is received.
– If, for any unforeseen reason, the chosen puppy becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative options or refund possibilities.

Withdrawal of Availability:
– As a responsible breeder, we reserve the right to withdraw puppy availability at any time.
– In such cases, we will refund your deposit in full.
